Bookings

Fill in the form to make a booking request - contact

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking date

The balance is due one week before pick-up/delivery

Payments can be made by direct credit

Cancellation - there is a 25% non-refundable charge for bookings cancelled within one week of pick-up/delivery

The minimum cost of any cake is $55

Pick up & Delivery

Delivery is available upon request, free of charge within Taupo township

No pick-ups/deliveries on Sundays

Once delivered/picked-up, and change of hands has been completed with the product in appropriate condition, it is then up to the Customer to store and care for the cake as per Kootcakes instructions

Once the item has left the premises, the Customer has accepted the item as is, and is responsible to ensure that the product/s gets to the destination safely and is stored as per instructions from Kootcakes to achieve best results for taste and quality and to avoid any damage

All quotes are not bookings and are subject to availability

ORDERS

Any product ordered from a picture or photo, of a product produced by any other cake maker, can only be reproduced by Kootcakes as our interpretation of that product and will NOT be an exact reproduction of the product

ALLERGenS

All cakes, fillings and icings may contain, or come into contact with soy, wheat, dairy, nuts and other allergens

It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform Kootcakes at the time of their booking, of any allergy / intolerance issues. It is then the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy / intolerance information, and accordingly Kootcakes will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake
